Unprofessional Conduct
The first reviewer, Gina Caiozzo, had a disastrous experience with the company. She accused them of unprofessionally accessing her bank account to process payments without her consent. She claimed that they would only respond to her queries to collect payment and ignored her for over a month when she tried to get in touch with them for other reasons. The reviewer described the company as a "complete joke" and a "fraud", advising others to avoid doing business with them.
