Our Carriers

At Giant Insurance, we work with several specialist carriers to provide a wide and varied appetite and understand the flexibility needed to compete in today's Property and Casualty markets. Each of our capacity providers has nothing less than 'A' rated security. With a mix of Company and Lloyd's syndicates behind us, we are able than A-Rated security. As a Lloyds coverholder, we also enjoy access to specialist syndicates and can be an efficient way to access Lloyd's without sharing commission.

About Our Carriers

From the moment a client goes on cover, our chosen insurance carriers accept full risk transfer. This ensures that policyholders enjoy complete peace of mind about the security of their cover. All our insurance carriers have a minimum A rating financial strength. Operating on a scale rising from 'CC' (extremely weak) to 'AAA' (extremely strong) ratings helps policyholders and their intermediaries to make informed decisions with regard to the policy and carrier they choose.

Claims and Complaints

If you need to make a claim, or you need to inform us of an incident or circumstance that may constitute a claim, in the first instance please contact your insurance broker who arranged the policy for you. Your insurance broker will be able to supply you with the relevant claim form and will inform us, and we will deal with your claim in a fair and impartial way and as quickly as possible.
