Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of insurance services, tailored to the needs of therapists and therapists-in-training. Our policies provide full retroactive cover for previously insured work, as well as public liability and professional indemnity cover. We also offer medical malpractice cover, teaching and student work cover, and temporary trips abroad cover, without a time limit (excluding the USA and Canada).

In addition, our policies include loss of documents and reputation cover, as well as a legal and taxation package with free helplines. We also offer products liability cover for therapists who sell products to clients or the general public.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our insurance policies, you must be qualified in your chosen field and able to provide proof of your professional training and education. If you have completed correspondence courses only, we may require additional information or qualifications before offering insurance.

Multi-Therapy Cover

We can cover multiple therapies, provided you supply suitable qualifications. The cost of the policy will depend on the therapy in the highest-risk category.

Overseas Qualifications

If you hold qualifications from overseas, we can usually offer insurance. We may require additional information to verify your qualifications.

Online Work

We recognize that many therapists work online, by telephone, or through electronic mediums. Our policies provide cover for all these types of work.
