Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Hasan Ismail, had a disappointing encounter with the insurance company. He rang around 1645 to inquire about a motor insurance quotation and provided his postcode, BB1. However, the agent seemed uninterested and dismissive, stating that the cost would be around 900 and that they might not be able to provide a quote. The agent even suggested that they don't bother with local people due to the postcode. Hasan felt that the agent was eager to end the call and did not want to serve the local community.
