Renewals, Adjustments & Cancellations

If you need to renew, make changes to the cover arranged, or cancel your policy, you must inform us. Our normal office hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and you can contact us during these hours to discuss your insurance policy.

Making a Claim

If you need to make a claim, you can notify us of an incident that may result in a claim. We take all claims seriously and will do our best to resolve the position as quickly as possible. In the event of a claim, you can contact us during normal office hours, and we will guide you through the claims process.
